Well, using technically accurate terms is enlightened. Some people are born with female brains and male genitalia. Or vice-versa. Most of us are cisgenders, our brains and biology match. Some people, it doesn't.

Joe, xx chromosomes in women disallow the muscular buildup in our bodies. And xy chromosomes put a lot of muscular buildup in guys. It's nature, and it's not nice to fool with mother nature.
