I believe many of them are indeed mentally ill.
As a nation, we stopped considering people "mentally ill" back in the 60's when all the mental Institutions were shut down.
It was the "politically correct" thing to do

What we're seeing today is the result of decades of treating people with serious mental issues as if they are healthy.
Now we have millions of mentally ill people running for Democrat president and rioting all over the place.
Look at the madness of so many on the left and their crazy looks and actions. Yes, they ARE sick.

Just two simple things would go a long way to restore American greatness....
1). Place all the mentally ill in institutions where they can get help
2). Shut down the Rabid Left media propaganda machine
