According to the parent of an ISIS victim, "President" Obama promised to donate to her foundation and then stiffed them. Well, that's how it's went for the rest of us. It's funny cos the WH still said he anticipated the "president" making a financial contribution, 17 months later! I guess he just didn't think he'd get called out. The minions aren't supposed to openly go against him.
