Does this rise to the level of a political discussion?
It could be about should we or should we not wear masks? Is it political if our President and some of the top people do not wear them? I've had to shake some important people's hands today (important for me) because they offered it. For example, if an important customer came into your store or office and offered his hand would you refuse? We get a lot of reactions now with social distancing rules in place, but it isn't one size fits all. One can be political about it and wash afterward.
I think some people who listen to CNN and CNBC get paranoid about it and go bonkers -- Coronavirus: Man Arrested After Dorchester Fight Over Social Distance.
I just wanted to point out that many in the US do not want socialism. They still feel it's fine when there are some people who reap the rewards when they make a breakthrough and a patent on their own and are able to start a company or business.
