The article seemingly attempts to single out this family as the ones at whom the tear gas was fired at the border the other day. They weren't.

The article / author also intentionally leaves out the facts that 1) this is 1 time the Trump administration had to use tear gas against violent illegals attempting to violently force their way into the US, and 2) the Obama administration used tear gas approx. 80 (EIGHTY) times against 'poor defenseless women and children' at the border during his time in office.


The GREAT news is, though, that illegals who joined the caravan with the intention of illegally forcing their way into the US are beginning to say, 'I'm done with the US'.

If being hit with some pepper spray - collateral damage - aimed at the criminal thugs you were traveling with when they attempted to tear down US Border Fencing and violently force their way into the US causes you to say 'I am done with the US' and 'turn around and go home' (which no one believes for a second), then that proves you really WEREN'T fleeing anything back at home that you had to escape and made returning home impossible.

If the enforcement of existing Immigration Law and denying the illegals violent forced entry into the US is all it takes to STOP illegal immigration, force them to turn around and go home...and maybe stop coming illegally....

Could you possibly apply "I was hungry" to the morbidly obese now assaulting our borders claiming starvation? It has to be a miracle of some kind that these mamas can walk thousands of miles and actually gain weight on the road. Just looking, they came right out of central casting. But they learned English quickly. My mother was an immigrant from Denmark. But when I was born, she had no trace of a Danish accent. She spoke English like any native born American. In contrast, there are people here from Mexico, who have been here for 20 years, and they don't speak a word of English.

And why not ? They don't need to. They have Spanish newspapers, TV channels, radio, telephone recordings, even voting ballots and billboards.

1st generation immigrants rarely fully integrate. Their children and grandchildren do. It is the same all over the world. My grandmother learned only badly broken english. Her 3 children became a lawyer, a doctor, and a CPA. Between her grandchildren there are 2 PhD’s, soon to be a third, and 5 masters degrees, with 2 more working on their undergrad degrees.
