That "Might" by sheer attrition prevent a few shootings. But stabbings and other means of violence will increase. More vehicles will be used to commit crimes.
The net result won't be ANY saved lives and most likely, much more crime overall.

What the Left doesn't realize is that it's not so much the gun itself that prevents a vast number of crimes, but the knowledge that there COULD BE a gun. For example, even though metrics can't be readily studied because of the subjective nature of human behavior, still it is certain that criminals do not feel free to plunder American citizens like pirates on the open seas simply because they never know WHO is armed. Take away those guns so that criminals can be certain that very few could possibly be armed and the crime rate will soar. You will NEVER hear someone on the left make this critical connection.

Guns are the PRIMARY means of self defense and crime deterrence for women. The harder the Left makes it for citizens to be armed, the more vulnerable women in that society become and the more rapes and assaults on females there are....especially in "Diverse" societies.
Women should be leading the charge against more gun control as they stand to be most affected. But above guns is an even bigger threat.

Did you know that right now, one of the biggest threats to law and order is STOLEN VEHICLES? Millions are stolen every year by criminals so that they are not traceable as they commit crimes. They are used in robberies, assaults and murders. Stolen vehicles assist criminals FAR more than guns. If guns are the tool, vehicles are the tool BOX facilitating a vast majority of criminal activity.

Tackle THIS problem and it would actually make a difference.

What the Left proposes is reducing a few murders (mostly among gang members) and replacing that with an exponential decrease in Quality of Life because of a much greater statistical chance of being assaulted, raped (for women), and or robbed and suffering home invasions etc. Other Western countries have already experienced this. London just recently passed NewYork for violent crime for example. And France and the UK lead Western nations in mass vehicle assaults and tragedies involving motor vehicles.

The Left never considers all this because it requires putting aside childish emotional knee jerking and looking at the entire picture maturely and logically.

You can make a bump stock with a rubber band or use your belt loop.

A magazine is a box, made of metal or plastic with a spring in it.

I think a LOT of criminals get their guns through residential burglaries and night time burglaries of gun stores and pawn shops.

Anyone with guns should probably have a safe that is anchored to a concrete slab.
