At least one group has said that the IRS gave it information it was not legally allowed to get. That leaves you with a choice between believing the IRS broke the law or that groups who have opposite ideological agendas are involved in a massive conspiracy to make the IRS look bad.

If it doesn't rise to the level of murder the Left doesn't see it as a crime. Merely discriminating in treatment of different citizens in defiance of the 14thAmendment doesn't count. The Left doesn't care about the Constitution. Except the 5th.

I believe it is illegal to ask what the content of their prayers are, which was done to one group. I believe it is illegal to ask for their donor lists with a 501c(4) which was done. There were other incidences, those are just off the top of my head.
