Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Pumpkin!!

Pumpkin, Pumpkin Spice, Pumpkin this, Pumpkin that..............

If you're a Pumpkin Head, then this is the thread for you !!!!

Depending on what kind of pumpkin you have, it will either be closer to the squash or the gourd family tree.
The squash varieties are the ones for eating. These are usually the large varities.

The gourd varieties are usually for animal food, making crafts with such as bird houses, or using as long lasting decor or all-natural usable items like lanterns. These are usually the smaller varieties.

Acorn, butternut, patty pan, and spaghetti, etc. are also very delicious and tasty, but not pumpkin flavored. Not all tasty pumpkin types are orange, for that matter. On the outside anyway.
