He was charged with 6 nonviolent offenses. He pled down to one. The video is not exculpatory of any of those offenses.
The best argument you can make is that it might have been exculpatory to hypothetical charges that weren't charged but may have been threatened in your imagination.You may think that, but that's not the case.
