Qanon shaman...likely to get a new trial considering the government withheld video evidence from the defense....

You didn't answer the question...

He was convicted because he was illegally inside the Capitol. How is more video of him being inside the Capitol, exculpatory?

He pled to it, which isn't the same as being guilty of doing that exact thing.

I pled to a speeding ticket and they lowered it to parking in front of a fire hydrant.

He should definitely try to use that 4 minutes of video and take it to trial.....those 4 minutes easily overturn the other 39,996 minutes of video........

He should take it to trial and hire the best lawyer his Go-Fund me account can provide....will you please donate?

It would have changed the balance of power in the plea negotiations at a minimum.

LOL

You ignorantly claimed he pled to a lesser crime. He didn't. He pleaded guilty to the crime he was captured committing on video.

And now you're actually trying to argue that MORE video of him committing that crime could be exculpatory.

face-palm-gif.278959

Was it the lesser of the crimes he was charged with? Do we know what he was threatened with during plea negotiations?

You said he was charged with 6, yet plead to one.

Do you even know how plea bargaining works?

You just keep helping my case, not hurting it.

According to faun 6 charges, pled to one. This just keeps making my point more and more.

The whole point of total discovery allowed to the defense is to allow them all the information needed BEFORE even pleading out to something.

Moron, he pled guilty to the charge where he was caught on video committing.

LOLOL

You said he did plead down. Now you tacitly confess you're ignorant by tailoring your position to maybe he would have pleaded down.

He pled to one of 6, that's down, because 1 is obviously less than 6, even for you.

Unless you want to go the 2+2=5 route.

Moron, he pled guilty to the charge where he was caught on video committing.

By being threatened by 5 other charges.

The videos of him being friendly with the officers in question should have been part of the information the defense had.

Which they can now prove he didn't do..... Damn, this thing is coming back to bit you in the ass hard...

LOLOLOL

Oh? Do tell how MORE video of him inside the Capitol that day proves he wasn't inside the Capitol that day.

You loons crack me up. It's why I post here.

None of those 6 charges involve violence, which you would know if you weren’t such a moron.

probably involving circumstances of violent behavior

But you didn’t know that so you look like a moron.

Still not an answer. I can only conclude you don't want to answer.

They were aware that he was friendly with officers, but he didn’t comply with their commands.

But you didn’t know that so you look like a moron.

Again, we don't know what else he was threatened with if he went to trial.

It would have changed the balance of power in the plea negotiations at a minimum.
Why would there have even been plea negotiations....once they see the 4 minutes of video....they wouldn't have even brought charges...in fact, they may have indicted Nancy Pelosi for framing all of the patriots on Jan 6th...this story is huge......will you please donate now?

No, you ignorant imbecile. It was one of, if not the most, severe charges against him; carrying a maximum sentence of 20 years. He took the plea, I'm assuming, hoping the judge would accept the prosecutions recommendation of a lesser sentence, which the judge did.

How many times are you going flaunt your ignorance on this topic? G'head, just throw out a number. 5? 20? 50? How many?

What commands?

Again, none of this went to trial, so there is no testimony.
The officer who followed him into the Senate floor is in video asking him to leave, but he didn’t.

If we had audio of them following him around, I’d bet that they were telling him numerous times to leave.
