It can be, depending on the opinion. If someone expressed the opinion that Blacks were inferior to Whites, that blatant ignorance warrants exclusion by me. I would never hire such a person since they might have trouble working with Blacks, I never vote for such a person, and I wouldn't belong to an organization that welcomed them. It can be, depending on the opinion. If someone expressed the opinion that Blacks were inferior to Whites, that blatant ignorance warrants exclusion by me. I would never hire such a person since they might have trouble working with Blacks, I never vote for such a person, and I wouldn't belong to an organization that welcomed them. If someone expressed the opinion that Asians were superior to Whites, that would still be ignorant but at least not so negative. Exclude? Maybe yes, maybe no.

So....opinions, thoughts that don't meet your requirements, are reasons to punish others.
