The problem is that we in this country tend to judge Presidents by their personalities rather than their policies...Democrats did a masterful job in characterizing Trump at every turn, with the help of a media that was there not to report but to engage with the character assassination....That coupled with a segment of Republican's acting on emotion rather than what was best for the country joined in...So, in that respect Trump managed to get impressive things done...Reagan had served in a time when both sides still gave the appearance of working together, or negotiating for the people...
