that does look good....I hate cooking chicken livers however...but hubby love chicken liver I will try it ..thanks

I ate a lot of chicken livers when I was little. Granny used to just snatch em up and snap their necks in one full swoop. So it was always fresh.

But I stopped eating livers of any kind when I got older. Once I understood what they actually were.

But pan fried chicken livers sure do taste good, regardless.

Before the covid (and it changed hands) the local KFC had livers and gizzards on Tuesday.

The wife said that they were OK but I don't eat innards.
