Regarding,"Choosing The States To Recount".Like When Al Gore Picked Counties Of "His Choice"?

This is 2000 all over again. Hillary loses in a landslide, and now she and some of her leaders are demanding recounts in states where Trump won by a small margin. Really? What about the other 53 or 54 states?
And remember in the end, when "The Powers That Be" said,,No Al Gore you dumbass! either we recount every county in Florida, or there will be no recount!
Why not go thru every vote in New York,California and Florida while we are at it, and just make sure that all who voted "Aren't Dead, A Cartoon Character, or an Illegal Alien". OK?

can you imagine if Hillary lost New York by 2000 votes?, she would of demanded that only the heavy democrat counties in/around manhattan be recounted and F the other 99% of the state.

Why not give states a choice: if 35% to 100% of their votes went to Clinton, Democrats, Stein or Green, then let that % pay their taxes through a party fund as their taxing entity for federal purposes. The % that goes for nationally agreed programs like military is taken out proportionally, and the rest is allotted to policies the party members democratically agree to fund.
