The problem with all of this is anyone with half a brain can see that all of this looks really bad for the Biden Adm.
They waited till Trump declared his candidacy before appointing a Special Prosecutor.
Biden and Pence were both caught with classified documents in their possession and they decided not to prosecute.
But the fact remains that legally both of them could have been charged, but by law the former president had legal standing to have those documents and they didn't.
Then there's the little matter of Biden claiming they were going to charge Trump in 2022 so they could prevent him from running for office again. That looks really bad.
