95% is a level at which you could say that people are protected from getting sick.

- Mexico was going to pay for a wall
- He was going to balance the budget
- Replace Obamacare with something better
- Big beautiful infrastructure that never came
- Better trade deals.

Mexico did not pay for anything and he couldn’t get his party aligned on building a wall. He had to illegally divert defense funds and stopped trying to get money after one phone call.

Under Trump the budget deficit went up every single year to double what Obama had it down to and then blew its back out for Covid but let’s ignore that and you still get all 3 years of deficit growth. He never started trying.

He tried to bait and switch Americans by replacing Obamacare with NOTHING and then said “who knew healthcare could be so hard” and stopped trying.

He never started trying at infrastructure.

Trade deals ended up replacing nafta with nafta. Basically the same agreement but dairy farmers got a bit better and then the other move separately was to tariff Americans on Chinese goods. . That was it. For a top 5 it was a dud.
