The clip you indicate was shown proninantly on all major networks. Biden didn't have the authority to withhold the money for personal reasons. Biden even said to check with the president if they doubted his ability to do it on the president's orders.

Perhaps nobody responded to that remark because it was too absurd to respond to. Biden did not say what you claim. Please link to where Biden specifically said his demand was because of some investigation into his son's company. There was no active investigation into Barisma, or any other company at that time. The demand was to remove a corrupt investigator who refused to do his job. Demands from other countries to remove that same investigator, and the stated reasons for those demands bear that out. You're just repeating another Rudy conspiracy theory.
