The error of a 10,000 vote count that was only 1000 votes was reported one way but there is a disagreement on as to what actually happened. Sloppy or bias News Reporting which is not accurate regardless of which side it is on is irresponsible. Slight of hand if only box totals are counted and the votes are not accurately listed on the boxes.
