We have had our first bad call on the Red Flag Law. Except the person that was filed on did NOT lose his weapons and a quick phone call to the DA and that ended that. But the accuser is in serious trouble about file a false report. She is going to see some jail time on this one.

You seem to believe that all you have to do is file a complaint for the Red Flag Law and it's just happens. You had better have some pretty serious info backing your report. If you don't, it's ignored. And it's not just the cops and a judge that is involved. It's also the DAs or the County Attorney who also gets involved. Chances are, there will also be a syke report to go along with it before it's presented to the judge. Yes, it can happen very fast depending on the situation but it's streamlined for a reason. One that you can never understand.

So go ahead and spew your nonsense about how it can be misused. Anything can be misused. Including allowing you to spew your nonsense in a public forum.
