There was just a shooting in DC, now one of the most violent gun crime-ridden cities in the US that also has some of the toughest gun laws in the country.

Tell us how gun bans and strict laws stop gun violence and do much else than prevent innocent people from being able to defend themselves, making more innocent people victims....
