Republicans Didn't Extend the Assault Weapons Ban. Guess What Happened?

In the last 10 years, the body count is owned by the AR. We just stopped another one here and the weapon of choice was the AR. Tenn and Kentucky just had two mass shootings and both used the AR. The so called 20% still has the intended body count. You can't change history no matter how bad you try.
Doesn’t matter. What’s their intended body count when coming for their Guns!

No surprise at all.

Most of the posters here are old non-college educated white men. That's Trump base. What they don't realize is that young people consistently want more gun control. Gen Z is the first generation to endure active shooter drills in schools. They consistently identify access to guns, and particularly assault rifles, as a big, big problem.

Eventually, as the Boomers die off, Gen Z will get older, and they will implement more gun control. It's only a matter of time.

True – but it won’t be Gen Z, it will likely happen by the end of this century; Heller/McDonald/Bruen will need to be overturned first.

Define “assault rifle”.

The source is listed as "FT." What the hell is that?

Numbnuts create more gun free zones and you're going to have more shootings

After Gen Z gives up all their guns the criminals who were wise enough to keep theirs will ride rough shod over their unarmed victims until a tyrannical government takes over. At that point Gen Z will regret the fact they gave up their right to own firearms.

When looters have picked the stores clean, then they will target residences. Especially those with food, gas or generators.

The veneer of civilization is not as thick as a lot of people would like to think. That's when the benefit of gun ownership proves its priceless worth. Because, once again, the only thing that stops bad people with evil in their heart is a good guy with a gun. You can't put a price on your wife or teenage daughter's personal safety when pillagers come a-calling.

It's a shame Venezuelans surrendered their guns not so long ago. Because now, only two groups have guns: the lawless and the government. In Venezuela it's increasingly difficult to tell the difference. Especially in the dark.

I’m hoping that a massive buy back program after a ban will remove most of them even if it takes a few generations.

And then what do you think that will accomplish? We have gun buy back programs; we have them here in Cleveland. Guess how effective they are?

Why would someone take your guns? Are you that mentally unstable?
Joe Biden would take our guns if he could. He would even take 9mm semiautomatic pistols. He calls them weapons of war.

He never proposed "taking" anything.

He's talking about banning future sales and manufacturing

He talked about a lot of things that would eventually disarm law abiding citizens. Just go to his website and read his gun agenda. Since taking office he's been pushing the removal of liability protection for gun manufacturers and sellers which would put them all out of business.

Ahhh the slippery slope nonsense huh?

If they can’t survive without putting massive amounts of guns on our streets maybe they should go out of business.

We have more guns that people

Don’t kid yourself. If Biden could he would ban and confiscate.

Conveniently absent from your rant is the TYPE of WEAPON USED IN MASS SHOOTINGS.

As you know, a RIFLE is used in a murder about once a day, IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.

Makes your entire thread pretty useless.

In your opinion which is the most dangerous weapon?
