Republicans looking to cut trillions with an “s” from Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security
House GOP 2019 budget calls for deep Medicare, Medicaid spending cuts
House Republicans offered a budget proposal on Tuesday that would cut mandatory spending by $5.4 trillion over a decade, including $537 billion in cuts to Medicare and $1.5 trillion in cuts to Medicaid and other health programs.
On Medicaid, the budget would impose new caps that could lead to cuts in payments over time.
The budget also sets up a fast-track process known as reconciliation that could allow ObamaCare repeal to pass without Democratic votes in the Senate.
Trump said he wouldn’t cut Medicaid, Social Security, and Medicare. His 2020 budget cuts all 3.

The first article was written last June. This new one was written this month. And the amounts they want to cut now are even worse than from last June. Because they’ve seen the damage their tax cuts for billionaires cost and now they have to pay for those tax cuts.
What is there to say?
An outsider looking at this and not knowing anybody would just assume that Republicans hate Americans. Especially the elderly and the infirm.
And no one believes the Republicans are finished with their tax cuts for billionaires. That’s been the goal all along.
And what they’re looking to cut are our benefits. You still have to pay for it, you just don’t get the benefits. And now they’re even including Social Security.
Republicans on the USMB keep calling me a liar and telling me I’m delusional. All you have to do is look at their policies. How do you defend this?
What kind of people are these?
