'Revenge porn' should be a crime

No problem---I can easily embarrass people just by telling the truth about them.
Jane Doe has a wart on her tit.------Is Jane going to sue me ?

So apparently you would be one of the reasons sites that deal in revenge porn exist then ?

Personally I wouldn't waste my time but if you are personally distraught over an act of revenge I'd be glad to help you.

I'm pretty sure you are one of the last people I would ever ask for help.

You cut me to the quick----there must be some kind of law against that isn't there ?

You deserve to have your personal information uploaded to a revenge website? Where strangers are told to sexually harass and stalk you? And in one case in Texas...rape you? :cuckoo:

although it is a hard lesson learned

there are consequences for your behaviors

And it's soon going to be a hard lesson learned for men who seek out revenge in this manner too.

Has anyone figured out why not letting strangers on line find you is a bad thing yet?

Let them find? Uh...the ex boyfriend supplied them with that information. The woman in question had nothing to do with it.

Sounds like a personal problem these two need to work out. We sure as hell don't need a federal law initiated to solve a lovers quarrel.

It is a lovers quarrel while it remains just between the two of them. When it is made public post facto with the intent to defame it becomes a matter for the law. The Civil laws already exist. The question is should this behavior be tolerated? If it results in the courts being swamped with civil suits then the law can be changed to apply penalties for doing things that harm others. Your neighbor does not have to sue you for vandalizing his property. The law deals with that appropriately. Similarly the law can be changed to deal with when someone "vandalizes" someone else's reputation.

I can't wait for the laws to come out that say you can't hurt a person's feelings. :doubt:

That is not what it is going to say. The first time this happens to the daughter of a senior politician I can guarantee that there will be a law in place so fast your head will be spinning faster than your avatar. :D

Then politicians need to show their daughters how to properly use their bodies for extortion and avoid the embarrassment of doing it wrong and looking stoooopid.

You don't have to wait:

By "politicians" I assume you do not mean Bill Clinton.

Poor Monica----she was so hurt by revenge :lol:

The minute some idiot gives a nude picture of themselves to someone else they have "disclosed" themselves. If you imagine that the person will not further disclose your private information you are delusional. Get it in writing. Get a contract as to what purposes pictures of your privates will be used for. The second someone asks for such pictures, it should be assumed that at some point they will be used for other than intended purposes.

The men of USMB have asked me to represent them and ask that people refrain from calling women 'stupid' for sending out nude pics of themselves. It's messing up our lives.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Then the men of USMB are dumber than I thought. Having you as a spokesperson about anything just confirms it.

Thanks for the offer, counselor, but I prefer to represent myself. At least then I will know that I only have myself to blame when I say something stupid. :D

You shouldn't fall for my shit like that --you know better

(got nude pics? )

You think I fall for your shit? You give yourself way too much credit in the clever category me thinks. :cuckoo:

While I don't think you'll "fall for his shit," I bet some USMB female will.

:eusa_shhh:

It only takes one.
