Yep, still running. Only about 10 to 15 miles a week now, but still at it. Helps to keep my COPD under control. Knees are fine, the lower legs I have far more issues with. Started about 15 years ago before I got out of the Marines. Had most every test ran on them, Xray, CatScan, nerve induction test, Compartment syndrome test. Nobody can tell me why they cause the pain that they do. Only thing that has helped is seeing a chiropractor once a week.

Starting running when I was 10, been doing it ever since. A few marathons under my belt. In my heyday I was good enough to be a seeded runner at the Peachtree Roadrace 10k. That was a long time ago though.
