No it wasn't. His report hasn't even come out yet. Quit making shit up. If a prosecutor thinks he has evidence of a crime he does NOT release this information publicly. Doing so would jeapardize the investigation as the accused could then destroy the evidence against him or her. Despite how CNN is being treated with these investigations leaking federal investigations still underway is considered mishandling of classified information.
And yes its classified. The public will never see the report. It will be released to the justice department. The will see a summation of the report by the AG. He will decide what the public sees.
