It's for the incapacity of the President. We had no President from the moment JFK was shot, to the moment hours later when LBJ took the oath of office.

He has already violated Congressional Subpoenas, making him guilty of Obstruction...but the Republicans did not hold him accountable.

He suffers from the belief that he IS the 'Justice System' and is above the law. Unfortunately, as mentioned, the GOP did nothing to him to prove otherwise so far.

I will be watching just like all real Americans are, we want to see if there are any honest Politicians in DC left. Through the years we have witnessed Criminal activity by both parties. Are they going to do the right thing and put these criminals in jail or are they going to play the current game of "Come on down".
