There is no doubt Hillary will win.

Question is will she get a super majority in the Senate too?

Without a super majority she cannot ensure that her nominations to the SCOTUS will be ratified.

So even if the Senate becomes DEM as long as the GOP senators are willing to filabust then none of Hillary's nominations may be approved.

Well, then maybe SCOTUS will dwindle down to 4 justices instead of the current 8.

Not a chance.

They will be forced to vote in judges. If Hillary gains a super majority then you will get insanely far left judges. If she does not then the senate will wait for someone closer to the center though they will still be left wing.
