JEDDAH In a bid to show his undying love and loopholes in a government's website, a Saudi national hacked the Electricity and Cogeneration Regulatory Authority's website.
On the company's homepage, he left a message for his wife, Bashair, congratulating her on completing graduation and wishing her success in future.
In another message, he highlighted the flaws of the government's website, advising the Ministry of Information and Technology to seek help from young Saudis to create websites without flaws. The hacker also mentioned his contact details in case the officials wanted to avail his services.
