Your politicians tried to stop it in February when scalia died. They refused to confirm Obama's nominee. Most refused to even meet with him to talk.

Now, since you conservatives were too stupid to listen to the warnings, Hillary will be appointing at least 2 judges to that court. Probably 3. Kennedy is 80 years old now.
