On a recent trip to the ER I noticed that a lot of male nurses are cold-hearted bastards. And I think I know why.

I am sitting on the back patio...81 degrees, slight breeze rustling the leaves...listening to the birds...and enjoying a nice 1 beer buzz that I made myself.
Top that.

For dinner I made myself some acapulco chicken. It's a big pot of chopped up chicken with onions and jalapeno peppers and tomatoes with lots of pepper sauce, chili powder and garlic. I like putting it on rice since it's pretty frikin' hot and the rice dissipates the heat. It's best with a Tecate. I can't stand Corona since I have yet to get a buzz from one. Anyway, it's pretty damn good! I ate it five hours ago and I"m still sweating! Good stuff!
