Scared Of A Stare: Ex-Deputy Eddie Duran Justified Fatally Shooting Roger Fortson Over U.S. Airman’s ‘Look Of Aggression’

He did that once but showed himself 2 or 3 times

In your opinion how did that contribute to what happened next?

Explain it to us if you can
Easy the airman exercised his right to arm himself in his own home, something legal and a constitutional protected activity, to investigate further. He opens the door the cop shoots him then asked him to drop his gun. The airman falsely assumed the police officer knew the law and was going to uphold it as a well trained officer would instead of going on a murderous shooting spree. The cop was person who was in the wrong

Why did the airman arm himself?

That does not pass the logical test

If he thought the cop was a criminal why open the door?

Thats the height of stupidity

Because that is his constitutional right and he was not breaking the law doing so. Those are all the reason he needs. Why was the cop so poorly trained as to fuck this interaction up from the start? That’s the question you should be asking

Because them Knucklehead Criminals were at it again in the Complex ( for the 28th time that year )

It was his constitutional right to be killed?

Thats a dubious honor

What are you talking about the only reason he died was because a cop was poorly trained. It’s a dubious honor to be know as the cop who killed an innocent man and lost his job over it, but this guy is living that dream

You just told us that the airman insisted on confronting a police officer with a handgun

That led directly to his death

No the officer poorly trained lead to his death. Had the officer been trained better and respected the constitution the airman would be alive. The cop is the person who fucked this up, why defend a murder

Of course not

I dont suffer from a lack of common dense, aka the black brain disease, so its unlikely that I will have that happen to me

I either would have put the gun away before opening the door or I would not have opened the door
its the way blacks act toward each other and all the crime they do in their own community that causes this.

It's a tragedy for sure. Was the Capital Cop who shot and killed unarmed and harmless Ashli Babbitt intimidated by an aggressive stare? We will probably never know because the media mindset already determined that the unarmed and harmless female Air Force Veteran deserved to die.
she was murdered . not this guy.

You mean if the officer had bet his life on giving the airman the first shot

Confronting the cop with a gun is whst caused his death

No the cop playing the stupid hide and seek game and being a poorly trained officer is what caused this airman’s death. The cop fucked this up from the start and lost his job because of it. Hopefully he will face charges and let justice take its course. He was fired for his actions. Even the blue wall understood he fucked up

So if the Deputy pulled up at a Pistol Range and encountered 31 Folks walking around holding Pistols he should be equally as ready to Defend himself ?

Now you are becoming ridiculous

You cling to that weak falsehood

Why did the airman open the door if he thought it was a bad guy outside?
Because he was ( Fed Up & Armed ) ( Concerned about what was outside ) ( Because he uses his front door all the time ) ...
