Based on what? Surely not data:
Hispanics believe abortion should be legal at the same rate as the General Public. Republicans, obviously, have a smaller representation in the group who believe it should be legal.
Hispanics in no way help Republicans on the abortion issue. If 75% of Republicans believe abortion laws need to be strengthened and you add to the Republican coalition Hispanics, other than first generation, who as a group have only, say 55% support, then the blending of Hispanics into the Republican coalition will result in a dilution of the 75% to a level much lower.
