It doesn’t matter what he said in the press conference he was never on the ballot in more than half the states in the union. He can’t just decide to leave his name on the ballot if he’s not running.

These are not decisions Kennedy makes. Few states have started printing their ballots, and they’re not going to be putting the name of a man who is already withdrawn from the race, on those ballots.

He has made a public announcement that he has suspended his candidacy, and he is therefore not a candidate for president. He doesn’t get Secret Service protection unless he’s actually running for president.

He's clearly said he's running in the states which are not battleground states. He had tried to be on the ballots in all 50 states but Democrats put in their vote suppression methods to work in order to deny him that and now want RFK killed.
