It is settled law that the 2nd Amendment provides an individual right irregardless of membership in a militia.
Also settled is the fact that shall not infringe means no registration data base is legal.
And unless the idiots in congress get their way the only mental health issue that prevents ownership is being adjudged mentally incompetent by a Judge.
Knowing all this you bed wetters that want to ban firearms and restrict ownership have only one legal recourse. Create an amendment that modifies the 2nd.
You lot keep claiming you have the people behind you, prove it. Get an amendment created and then passed by 37 States.
