In Oxford, England, the police had a little tiff of a gun fight with a gunman....shots were exchanged and the guy eventually gave up peacefully....but, I thought they banned guns....

And? Which British gun law prevented this guy from walking into a British school and murdering British children?

A funny note...there was an American Tourist in the Area.......it is likely this woman has never experienced gun crime in the United States....a land of 600 million guns in private hands and over 17 million people carrying guns for self defense....but she goes to England and has to be warned by police about a shoot out with a gunman.....too funny...
