Kennedy is 81 and Thomas is almost 70. While we have control of congress and the presidency, and now unfilabusterable Supreme Court confirmation...is it in the best interests of conservatism and original intent doctrine to put a couple of 40 year old staunch conservatives on the court?

Ginsberg should have done this while Obama was president, but didn't...now HER seat will likely be filled by Trump. We should learn from liberal mistakes, not repeat them.

Logic test: Will any Leftist jurists resign or retire while a Republican is the main resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue?

N.F.W.

They will have be dragged out, dead.

Even CT would be foolish to retire in the hope that he will be replaced by another Conservative. The Leftists in Congress will stop at nothing to avoid a Conservative majority on the court. There is no guarantee that they would not figure out some way of avoiding confirmation of another Conservative to replace him. Christ, they think Kennedy is a Conservative!
