Single payer healthcare. Another lie by left wing POLITICIANS and their sheep.

And you still pay another 25%-50% of services received on top of your premium. And a Pop of 11 million vs 325 million.

I'm willing to compare health care systems in my country (Belgium) to that in the US. Are you prepared to take that challenge?
I will address every single point as addressed in this video if you want.

A lot of Mexicans or Guats crossing the border to your pathetic country are there? You have massive problems with illegal immigration? Let me see how that is working in your fucking country you dumb ass.

Let me know too how your women would gladly bend over a book rack if they are a decent enough socialist and hate capitalist well enough.

You pathetic moron. I can tell too how the rich socialists post. Ignorant and arrogant.

I will be waiting for you to tell me about the Mexican illegals that are in Belgium.

So when asked, politely I might add, if you are willing to make a comparison of healthcare systems, NOT using a youtube clip, your response is a tantrum? Wow I guess actually asking to defend your position is beyond you.

Well, there is this,,,,,,.

And then there is this,,,:
According to the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF), more than a quarter of U.S. adults struggle to pay their medical bills. This includes folks who have insurance, whether independently or through an employer. In fact, medical debt is the No. 1 source of personal bankruptcy filings in the U.S., and in 2014, an estimated 40% of Americans racked up debt resulting from a medical issue.
This Is the No. 1 Reason Americans File for Bankruptcy -- The Motley Fool

So, in the US, we pay more per capita for healthcare cost in the world and the cost of medical care is the Number One reason for bankruptcies.
We don't even have the best healthcare in the world.
List of countries by quality of healthcare - Wikipedia

But yeah, let's keep in the way it is, even though we aren't even close getting our bang for the buck, compared with the rest of the world, who just happens to have Single Payer.
I just can't figure out, why some people just love to get screwed over, because their ideology says they have to. Pathetic.

Single payer is so terrible that every industrialized nation on earth has some form of another of it, and not one of them has ever even considered dumping it and adopting our health care system.

Who the hell wants the Govt. responsible for the health care of over 300 million Americans?

You would get mountains of red tape, long waits and reams of paperwork.

Just look at the VA. That Govt. run HC and any one participating in it will tell you all about it.

The Govt. has no business in health care. Period.

You can keep that dumphole called belgium. If it weren't for the eu pumping money into that craphole, you'd have nothing.

Lol. How do you think the EU gets funded? Here's a tip it's not the Easter Bunny.

A bit over 50 percent and 21 percent added value tax
Holy Hyena Ass!!!

Do you just give your pay to government and they give you back what they don't need?
Not really we accept that some things are better done without a profit motive. So to fund it we use taxpayer money. How does health spending in the U.S. compare to other countries? - Peterson-Kaiser Health System Tracker
Belgium spend less then half on healthcare compared to the US. Of course that's probably not the most honest comparison. Our median income is lower. So adjusted for GDP the US spends 60 percent more per person.Current health expenditure (% of GDP) | Data
So my question is, if paying more taxes ends up saving money spend on healthcare overall, why is paying those higher taxes a bad idea?

It aint belgium. Without the eu sending money, belgium would be another 3rd world outhouse.

It's even more funny than that. We have our right wing populist movement. Not a single one dares to suggest to not provide universal healthcare. What does that tell you, when even the hardliners don't want to go there?

We were one of the three FOUNDING members of the EU. And yes we, Belgium pay, just like all members pay there dues. Not only that but we stated and met the conditions back in the time when the standards for joining were strict. So before you state another rhetorical statement completely devoid of any grounds in reality. I suggest you go and read up a bit before making other ones, it just makes you look dumb.

Taxes is NOT the government taking a persons money. Taxes can be simply an alternative way to fund a standard of living. We have NO student loans and no bankruptcies contributed to medical expenses that I'm aware of. You guys prefer to pay out of pocket, yet I don't see any of you being able to point how that fact makes those problems any better?

DAMN! I guess that means that I will have to cancel my Medicare, the best coverage I ever had!

well I'm confident you were told we don't want government monitoring our health. so keep your government shit out my country.

well it is terrible. and, we americans don't want our government monitoring our healthcare. nope, nadda, fk off!!! did that help?

Once again, those who advocate for a government take over completely ignore or fail to understand basic economics.

Having one source of payment for medical services (otherwise known as a monopoly) will allow government to artificially control prices.

For one to be considered a "doctor" that person must have at least 20 years of formal education. Only the best and brightest qualify to be medical students.

If government has its hands on price controls, tell me who is going to be a doctor? Who is going to sacrifice in that much of their life to make chicken feed?

What did we end up with?

Why is it so hard for some to foresee consequences?

it might be because we believe in individual responsibility where as you believe in communism which fails every time and most times with a lot of suffering

and yes it is the government taking money from the people or they wouldnt need a gun to do it

Why is the government controlling prices, making it as cheap as they can a bad thing? For your information, and this is purely applicable to Belgium. Since I don't have those specifics on other countries. There are only 2 directions in my country that requires an entrance exam in order to be allowed to take that route in college. Doctor and dentist. Those exams have a failure rate of EIGHTY percent. Not joking only one in five who has the aspiration actually is even allowed to become a doctor. Only the top half is allowed to specialize. We still have more doctors per capita then the US. So,it seems to me the facts don't match reality.
