'Small Government' Republicans To Ban Online Gambling...

Still waiting for you to speak to the impact on the middle class casino industry employees, so far its crickets. Would you shit on the middle class workers just to satisfy your need to stick it to a billionaire?

Wanna really fix that? Decriminalize Gambling completely. Why is it still illegal anyway? Banning Online Gambling certainly isn't the answer. Unless you're a greedy Billionaire asshole like Adelson.

I see having a rational discussion with you on this is impossible.

Nothing rational about you 'Small/Less Government Republicans' banning Online Gambling. It's nothing but Corporate Welfare. Gotta keep the Billionaire donor happy. Shame on you.

Jesus man... you keep repeating the same shit over and over and over... we get it, OK??????

You're liars & hypocrites. And it does piss me off that you run the Republican Party. You guys have destroyed it.

Dude, I tend to agree with you on this one.... you just keep repeating your self like a fucking zombie.

Well then just say that you agree. Might simplify things a bit.

You can lie to yourself but you can't lie to me. Small/less government does not mean no government and this is one area where government needs to keep very close tabs on the casinos to ensure fairness and honesty in gaming. You are also saying basically fuck you to the thousands of workers. Have you ever been to Atlantic City? The middle class in that area of NJ don't have much in the way of jobs outside the casino industry. I have lived there, when the summer season ends and the beach house rentals close up the casino's is the only thing keeping that area employed.

You guys have no problem with Corporate Welfare. And that's all this is. Just helping a Billionaire make more money by way of Government intervention. So you can quit your bitchin about too much Welfare and Government. You guys are not for 'Small/Less Government.'

I get you're corporate/rich hate but what about the thousands and thousands of middle class workers who rely on casino gambling jobs and related tourism jobs to feed their kids?

This is a fair point. I really don't see people suddenly staying home and not going to Vegas, Reno, or even their local casinos anymore either. People go to the casinos for the atmosphere, the drinks, the live-music, the shows, and of course, the food. I don't see a sudden drop in attendence if people are allowed to gamble at home.

Having lived near Atlantic City I can tell you they are on hard times already. Both Atlantic City and Las Vegas are poorly located geographically, its quite the trip to get there and in the case of Atlantic City not cheap to stay overnight.

Still not a valid reason to ban Online Gambling. Shame on the so-called 'Small/Less Government Republicans.'

Now you are just trolling, I'm done here you may go now.

Yeah, go back to bitchin & moanin about too much Government. Ya big ole Corporate Welfare fraud.

It's you're troll thread we get it now. /eyeroll

The folks that own the Casinos and donate/lobby heavily won't stand for everyday Americans not visiting their establishments.

Corporate Welfare. Gotta make the Billionaire a few more bucks. Very sad.

Atlantic City has been on hard times for many many years now. Las Vegas will be fine. They have many attractions besides gambling to lure tourists. If Atlantic City can't get a slice of the profits in the market now then I doubt they ever will again. I don't see very many compelling reasons to prohibit Americans from gambling online.

Spot On. Personally, i don't see any compelling reasons to prohibit Americans from gambling period. It should be decriminalized completely.

Because gambling is rigged in the casino's favor and it destroys people both personally and financially. You rail against billionaire casino owners ignoring the fact that it was gamblers who lost those billions.

Still believe the Republican Party is about Small/Less Government? Sadly, i 'bet' most of its members do.

GOP Presidential Hopefuls Introduce Sheldon Adelson-Backed Bill to Ban Online Gambling

Sens. Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio are among a cohort of senators that revived legislation heavily favored by the billionaire GOP donor.

Two Republican senators running for president reintroduced a bill Wednesday that would effectively ban Internet poker and other forms of online gambling—legislation that has long been championed by casino magnate and GOP mega-donor Sheldon Adelson.

Both Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio joined a handful of Republicans and one Democrat in reviving the Restoration of America's Wire Act, a measure that proponents say would "restore" the proper interpretation of a decades-old federal ban on some gambling operations by expanding it to include Internet gambling...

I'm a firm believer in smaller Govt. but I have no problem with on line gambling or gambling at all.

The Govt. should keep its big fat nose out of it.

Have you invested even 5 minutes studying what happened when gambling was legal?
