Jussie sounds like he has a case here. He did make an agreement with the Chicago DA and did do some community service bullshit to have the charges dropped in 2019.

Bringing it up now would seem like "double jeopardy" unless they can prove that Smollett and Foxx were in collusion and the homo was never actually in jeopardy to start with.

They probably were, but I can't see the libs in Illinois or the Biden DOJ making the case for Foxx's corruption, much less proving it.
