We had a woman with three kids living in that park. She had the father of one of those kids living with her. He was an electrician and made damned good money and she was on welfare.

They sent her to school so she could go to work.

I've never been on any of these programs, but I did ask the manager at the 7-11 off base and he says that he's been doing it for a couple of years.

As far as I know, I thought it was approved.

They live in parks, under bridges, in motor homes, etc, or crash with friends. For real. Sometimes cup of noodles and potato chips suffice. If you can find the hot water for the cup of soup.
