While I’m not a fan of the Democratic Party, I am a big fan of diversity which is more of a focus for those on the left. Love being exposed to a variety of people and cultures.

'Diversity' is a vague term that can mean anything one wants it to mean with regard to a nation's population make-up. America has always been diverse in its ethnicity and no one questioned it. Today 'diversity' seems to mean importing whole cultures who do not wish to assimilate.

There is a difference between diversity of ethnicity and diversity of culture. Europe, for instance, is diversity of cultures. America is NOT Europe. In America, folks retain their ethnicity and religion but, assimilate and become Americans. The United States are NOT separate countries. Get it now?
