Never understood this concept of shelter in place or "lockdown" you do just the opposite....get out.

They had a ex FBI agents on Smerconish today making the same case. If there is a fire, you evacuate..because there is danger in the building. If there is an active shooter, you're supposed to stay there? Seems counterintuitive.
