It's precisely what I said over a year ago. You can't tell people what their experiences are. They are not interested in numbers, some which may not even reflect accurately as all governments try to make themselves look better than they are. They aren't interested in some random persons talking points. They KNOW their own experience. They live it everyday with their families.
