Lots of pomp and circumstance, where a variation of the norm can cause problems between countries, or even war. Trump is too stupid to understand that, and if he has anyone around him that can explain it, Trump is to stupid to listen to them. He's a fat overbearing jerk, and world leaders have realized that as he, and our country are ignored or laughed at.
