I'm going to wait a least a week to see if they go away, I just hope and pray that they're not cancerous. I don't think they are though as they're tiny compared to the cancerous lumps that I've seen in pictures. Anybody know what else that they could be?

Well I have some good news and bad news. The good news that due to the salt water and Orajel, the lumps have really shrank. The bad news is that the Szalinski and Thompson kids are still lost in the backyard somewhere. However Wayne (with the help of his wife and dog) is working on the problem and everything should be back to normal pretty soon.
