Keep in mind, the USA has run over 27 millions tests and counting - today there was a spike matching a month ago. We've seen an steady increase over a period of days. 30K new cases today, I don't know if they'll update again before midnight.

That aint *&^)^, Brazil is showing 50K new cases today.

And this means what? Oh I know, if these states like Florida, Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, and California can't get a handle on their spike in cases, then we might be headed for another shutdown...at least in those states that are spiking. Florida is threatening to become another epicenter (no surprise given the lack of leadership at the top there). Arizona is coming dangerously close to overwhelming their hospital systems.

We have had flues before but they did not appear 24/7 on the news. Most people who get this flu recover just fine, just as the other flues existed.

In 2018, the flu killed 4,700 people in New York.
In a few months, covid has killed 31,000 people in New York.

In 2018, the flu killed 1,500 people in New Jersey.
In a few months, covid has killed 13,000 people in New Jersey.

The potential for getting killed by this is way higher than the flu.

People die from COVID-19 because their lungs fill up with fluids that prevent the lung lining from passing oxygen to the blood stream.

This can be limited by putting the bed in a 20-degree slant that keeps the head lower than the rest of the body. This will allow gravity to force the fluids out of the lungs. The patient will cough and spit these fluids out and not left in the lungs to accumulate.

& the patient should also be kept lying down with back up.
