Why would you think that? They already admitted guilt under oath to the things they are accused of.
Menacing, looting, and destruction of private property aren't freedom of speech, thugboi. You can't use your Second Amendment rights to block someone's First Amendment rights.
All rights are equal. Most would say the First Amendment is the most important right of all. It's what we practice on usmessageboard
breaking and entering is a crime ..you have EVERY right to protect your property.....You can't use your Second Amendment rights to block someone's First Amendment rights.

Were they in their home? Take it up with the guy who talked before thinking.Did they stray from their own property?
The crimes to which they plead guilty.what crime was commited?

Cool! Maybe you shpuld tell the convicted criminals, since nobody was in their yard.Does their property end at the front door?
When 'I' refer to my home, it includes my front and back yards.

How strange that you completely left out that they are lawyers, who may be disciplined by the state board. These are not the same standards everyone else has to abide by to maintain their licensing and employment. You do get that, right?just pretend they were a thug who assaulted someone for the third time, and then were let out without bail, and you will realize their misdemeanor offense was not a big deal, and actually in reaction to someone else's offense of breaking into a gated community.
Common sense should rule the day here.
Oops, no. They were menacing people that were no threat to them. Or maybe you haven't read the news in about a yearmight that have been because they were standing there holding firearms?
Protecting their property?
