Who is violating the Constitution?

Apparently Lawrence V Texas, which invalidates law such as this, found that we have a constitutional right to anal sex.

It's another case of the Supreme Court declared stupid laws unconstitutional without bothering to look at what the actual constitution says. And then lefties pretending that the decision is the Constitutional instead of the Constitution.

By that I mean if there was a national vote whether gays should marry, true Christians would not vote FOR it. We shouldn't be expected to help gays get what they want, but if that kind of law passed anyway, we would have to respect the decision.
