No, I'm not talking about the statute of limitations. You say it's up to the President to determine whether there is ONGOING corruption in the Ukraine before providing foreign aid. Trump didn't ask Zelensky, who was just elected and hadn't even been inaugurated, to investigate events from YEARS AGO, that has nothing to do with the CURRENT situation in the Ukraine.

The prosecutor was not investigating Burisma as the investigation has been closed. There is not one scintilla of evidence that Hunter Biden did anything.
