Remember Trump is not a professional politician, that's a good thing. Even still all presidents make an ooops in their first 100 days. Could this have been handled better, sure, but Dem's and the media planned to make a spectacle out of this no matter what. They see it as an issue they can attack Trump on and that's all that matters to them. They are that butthurt and desperate to defeat Trump on something.
